I received a phone call yesterday from a so called “law office” by the name of White Castle Law Firm from a woman stating that I owed them money from a paydayoan which I paid off a long time ago...I asked her what company that I had taken this loan from and she said BMG Marketing at first and then she proceeded to tell me my address and told me that I had a bank account with Wachovia, which I have never had a bank acct with them in my life...i told her that I have never had that bank in my life,,,then she put a man on the phone without even putting me on holdand the man had asked me if I had evr taken out an internet payday loan and I said yes but I have paid off everything that I owed...then he said ok fax that information over to me right now before I file a law suit against you for not paying off this debt...i told him no and if he wanted to get in contact with that company then that is his decision...then he said no I'm not going to do that I donthave time to do that and I told him that I wasn't going to pay him anything and then he said ok we will garnish your wages and then I said ok you go ahead and do that!  I then went on the internet and found out that this phone number is a jacksonville, florida number...and is not a louisian phone number  which is where white castle law firm really is...my boyfriend called that number at 11:30 pm and someone actually picked up that phone and said that his name was James Blackwell...which leads me to believe that that numbwr is a cell phone number...these people just messed with the wrong person because I now have the FBI recording all calls that are made to me by that number...u don't [***] with me like that and get away with it!
