Who called from 9046971008

I've been receiving all different kinds of calls from numbers with this area code, its quite annoying since its an every day occurrence! Never ever leave messages, never answer them, and they just keep calling! I've called the national do not call list many times.. What do they want?

Calling every day for a week now. Often multiple times a day. Looking for Gerard. They just hang up when I ask who they are.
