This guy keeps calling my home phone, looking for someone who does not reside there. I have told him numerous times, but he keeps calling. He says he will remove the #, but does not. What do I do? He sounds like he is under water and real hard to understand.
They will call continuously from different phone numbers. This number is a pre-paid cell phone originally issued by Sprint. The phone number was ported out to a different carrier and is being reloaded with cash to disable tracking of the user.
They also attempt to spoof their id. Some other numbers being used by them:
856-106-02538 (they out an extra digit in the caller id)
886-299-29860 (an extra digit again)

212-618-70664 (again, an extra digit)
385-815-18202
If after reading this, you are dumb enough to give your credit card info to them, you deserve to be ripped off.
