Continued calls from 904-712-4287. When asked who they are, they claim ARS. When they ask if you are someone and you are not, they are nasty and rude, ask if you are a spouse or related and hang up. They refuse to answer the return calls to request a Federal statute requirement to request a fax number for a cease and desist request.
