I contacted the FCC and reported it formally as corrupt and illegal activity, claiming accounts that don't exist and members who aren't members. Will be following up and maybe taking a vacation to Jacksonville, just for fun!!
Baldwin Florida, Level 3 Communications in Luval county is the company's location. Gathering more personal info, on actual callers names and personal numbers so you can call them at 12 midnight at their homes. Very "Seinfeld" like.
Yep. That's pretty much that. Too bad those individuals feel this is a 'good' thing, or don't have other choices for jobs, or that the company isn't aware or condones this phone crap. Just a slight bummer in one's day in this techy world gone mad!! Ha Ha.
I just got a call from this number. It said "Florida" and I answered it thinking maybe it was one of relatives who live there but instead an automated female voice talked about my credit and told me to press 1. Then unexpectedly a live male person answered. I panicked and wasn't sure what to do. I told my name admittedly but when he asked about my credit, I didn't feel good about it and figured this was a scam or something, I'll just call it "scam" and said "I'm sorry but you must have the wrong number," and hung up immediately. I feel like an idiot letting myself answer that call and me having autism is no excuse for that!
