Asked for Kevin. Told wrong number. Launched into script that he was calling for VA for organ donations. Asked to put on Do Not Call. Told me it would take 5 days and asked if that was okay. I said yes. Hope the word "yes" was not recorded as part of a scam. Tried to call back and recording says unable to complete my call. Scam.
In my case guy asked for "Caroline"; told him it was a wrong number so he went for his maybe you can help me" line then I politely told him to get a real job and hang up.
Called and asked for the head of the household (didn't say a name). Said it was some kind of police association and something about a line of duty. Asked if I'd like to give my support to something. I just said "hah! You said doody" and hung up on him.
