Not sure what this is but when I Google the number 1st results are for calls originating in India showing coming from Jacksonville, Florida!

I answered this number on a whim because I've recently been receiving a lot of spam calls from 904 phone numbers. A woman answered (no accent) saying she was calling for breast cancer donations. The person she requested to speak to was not me, but the primary on my phone account. Very aggressive about donations and sending out an envelope. Not sure why they would need that when they said the person already donated. Not sure if it was one of those "new" scams where they want you to say yes or not.

autodialer, woman looking for someone named Rebecca. When I tell them there's no one by that name and to remove my number from their list, they said no and they will call back in an hour.

Asking for a donation//pledge for breast cancer.

Caller called the phone number I transferred to my father 12 years ago asking for me. I was handed the phone, when I said hello, the person hung up.
