calls thratening felony charges and jail. this is a collections agency acting under false pretenses. told them we talked witha lawyer and she said (lena davis) 'want a cookie [***]' and hung up!
Got a call from this number today. Said i had a payday loan from years ago and wanted me to dispute it today. I filed bankruptcy 3 years ago and that was never on my record. She said I went into a cash loan store in person which I have never done before. This is a scam
Got a call from this number saying I owe a payday loan now it is 838.00 said a server has tried to serve me several times and was undeliverable. I have lived in the same place for 15 years. Here all the time is this a scam? I did take out payday loan but paid it back.
