received a phone call from this number at 9:17am on 5/16/08, didn't answer, no voicemail left. I am starting to get random calls like this or it just says unknown and call which I do not answer either. Frustrating because I called the 888.382.1222 to register my cell phone from this kind of stuff!
This number called me today 5/14 @ 2:24pm and appeared as "David Smith" on the caller ID. A recorded message was left advertising a way to "lower your interest rate". This message has been left before from various FL exchanges and always states that, "...this is the last opportunity to take advantage of this offer." I called the number back minutes later after seeing this website and a message stated the number was disconnected. I am filing a complaint with the FTC. My wife works nights and sleeps during the day. We must all take action if we want put an end to this type of harassment.

Have received this call before and this time I wanted to play dumb and say yes I was interested but I had to check with my wife and I'd call them back. Asked for lady's name and she said "TK" and the company name was "Card Services". Obviously she wouldn't give me a call back number and said she'd call back at a later time. I said no, let me call you back and that'w when she hung up. These people are bottom feeding trash who I wouldn't mind if they got hit by a bus on the way home from work.
rec'd call from 904-757-4253 to "lower my interest rate" on credit card balances. Co name claimed to be Card Services & wanted personal financial info. Call rec'd approx. 4:00 EST. I Asked for more info & caller hung up. Caller ID showed also "David Smith"
