keep getting calls once a day for the past week from this number they always leave a 4 sec voicemail but never say anything

Automated .. I won a free gift card..... Not!

I always hang up. If it asks if I can hear them... I say hello a few times and it hangs up

Yes it just called me and left a 4 second voicemail too

2nd phone call from this #. Also goes to vm as if to leave vm. Whem I check my vm shows up as leaving a 4 sec vm, but no mssg was left?

I get this call often with no message so I answered it this time.  It is some sort of scam or sales as the robo says you can win a gift card at a department store for taking a survey.   Being curious, I actually clicked on the questions and each new message had some sort of offer for things like braces, medication, Uber, medical supplies, etc.  I was on the line for 6 minutes and if I had just kept pushing #2 I'm sure the questions would never end.  This is a HUGE TIME WASTER. I never did speak to a live person.
