Who called from 9047656076

Multiple unrecognized calls daily; and when I check here, I'm either the first or among the first.  No way to block since they just call again with a new number.  Caller ID shows "Fowler T R" plus the number.  No message left.

"We're sorry.  The number you have reached has been disconnected or not a working number."

constantly calling to lower interest rates on credit cards

called again different number , pain in the [***]. why doesn't the so call law in the usa stop this b.s.

Many of the pests and scammers are calling from outside the US, out of reach of US law enforcement.  They use spoofed numbers to hide their real location.  They cannot be caught.
