I called him back, asked the guy if he was attempting to collect a debt. No, he's processing a claim for a debt. Ok, you're collecting a debt, you're in violation of the FDCPA.
It went on pretty much the same, told me I'll have assets seized and hung up after I went for his jugular, he hung up. I kept calling back and he'd put me on hold until he blocked my number. Bahaha. Moron
