Very persistent! Call from one of ten or so different numbers on a weekly basis trying to save me money on my electric bill. They want to know if I am the homeowner and if at least five of my most recent bills have been over $150.
Calls every day except Sun., different #'s but some kind of energy savings. Asked numerous times to be removed from list, doesn't matter DNC list doesn't matter either. Have sent weekly list of all the unwanted calls to my Reps locally and in DC.....nothing happens. I shouldn't have to pay for harassment...we should be able to bring legal action against them. I'm not purchasing equip. to block the calls, the phone companies need to address this, after all if they didn't allow them to have a number/#'s they couldn't make the calls.
Caller came on after a brief pause...Robodialer. After asking about my home electric bill, I cut him off stating that i had all the updates available. He then lectured me about having a bad attitude and I hung up on him. He called back immediately and threatened to list my number on Craigslist advertising a free room for rent! I will be calling the FCC as soon as the first caller comes through!
