I keep getting a daily call from this number.  Today, when I answered the phone, it was very loud static.  No voice, just a lot of noise.  They finally hung up.  The only thing on the Caller ID is "Pnt Vdra Bch FL" (Ponte Vedra Beach FL - near Jacksonville Beach).
