When told there's no one here by that name they ask for the owner or financial decision maker.
When asked what they're selling, they hang up.
Sounded like a boiler room call. Lots of other voices in the background. As soon as I asked who was calling they hung up. I've set my phone to block the number...which really doesn't block it, only hides future calls from that number. Sure would be nice if my telephone provider and government would allow me to truly block auto-dialed calls from ever reaching my phone.
Called our mainline asking for *random name* that we don't employ.
The call was answered by one of our non-American employees and the caller decided to imitate her voice...poorly...for the duration of the call.
After being advised that we didn't have anyone working for us by *made up name* they asked for the company owner.
When our non-American employee asked for the callers name and company, they advised, "That's alright," in another mocking imitation accent and hung up.
What sort of shyster company hires someone like that to represent them!?!

Try "Privacy Star" it is a great app.. Had it for 5 years. Free but if you want added Look up number it is $19.95 a year.. I have over 500 numbers block. It will block prvate numbers, complete area code numbers and much more..
