(904) 849-4939 has been calling and not leaving messages for months. I finally answered it thinking it may be the only one charity I donate to that is local and all money goes to them. It was a recording that was saying " Political and Charity calls are not restricted from any calls lists. Why would they call me with a recording saying that? LOL! Thanks for the info and now you are blocked.
