DO NOT give in to this company. They CANNOT put you in jail for failure to pay a payday loan. Payday loans fall under "contract law" and therefore are not punishable by jail time. The next time they call you, you need to tell them you know your rights and do not call your job anymore you are not allowed personal calls at work. They are liars and are being investigated, I have a complaint into the Jacksonville, FL Duval County Attorney's General. I have also found through other blogs people are trying to organize a class action lawsuit against this so called company. This woman gives several alias for her business name is a straight up fraud! Call the payday loan company you owe and work things out with them or just ignore this ridiculous excuse of a business.
