904-861-1552 is the PAL wanting money, i have recieved 5 calls from them in the last 13 days each time i told them not to call back and they keep doing it. The police will not do anything as gfar as harrasing phone calls because its a charity. What a bunch of crap!

EVEN CHARITIES & BILL COLLECTORS, ESPECIALLY CALL CENTERS, ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM MAKING FREQUENT CALLS IN EXCESS. "However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $11,000."
We receive 5 or more calls a day from this number others identified on caller ID as "Signal". They are trying to collect what they claim is a pledge to the police athletic league. We did not make a pledge in the last two years although we gave them $20 three years ago. The other day they left a message for the first time claiming we had won a car and had to call back immediately, etc. etc. and saying they would not contact us again. Unfortunately they have not stopped and call numerous times each day. I can only block 6 numbers. That will be my next step.
