Who called from 9048611581

3rd phone call in 3 days from a name of "UTILITIES" on caller id.  When I answer, can hear someone on other end, then they just hang up.  Also showed up as 904-265-9703

This number called again & finally someone spoke.  It was the Fraternal Order of Police.

I've been getting a lot of calls from 904-265-9703 recently but the caller ID is "CONNECTING"

got a call from this number and it shows up as "Connecting"  on my caller id.

I also go this call listed as "CONNECTING." No one ever spoke. When I try to call back, the operator says, "We're sorry, due to telephone company trouble your call cannot be completed at this time. Will you call again later?"
