This number called me, I told her it wasn't me ask her who she was, she said Fay, I said Faye Who, and said Faye Lee, asked her who she was with and she said she wasn't with anybody, asked her what company she was calling with and she hung up. I called the number back but it was a error signal. So I found out that the company is the below. I called it asked for Fay Lee and got the same lady. Ok I found the FOP of Jacksonville address and number. I will be calling them to let them know how rude Balance Incorporated is. I also found an article explaining that FOB only gets 20 cents on the dollar these people collect.
