I live in New York state and my mother lives in Florida. She regularly gets calls from this number asking for me. But they won't identify themselves and they won't say what they want. What happened to that 'do not call' list???
Got 4 phone calls from this group-1-904-861-1595-caller id said district2 and signal. Also 1-904-265-9719 as routing and 1-904-861-1543. How can we stop these people. They are rude and a pain.
I just got a call from this number. Upon answering I was asked to put a parent on the line. When I refused and asked who was calling, I was very rudely asked, "What did you just tell me?" Again I asked who was calling and was told to just put a parent on the phone. I said no and hung up.
received multiple calls from different numbers past few days. Called 904-346-0024 on 5/10/2010 to remind them I am on the do not call registry, and asked to remove my number from their database.
Received a call tonight during dinner that asked if I was enjoying my dinner twice.
Filed a FCC complaint and made sure to inform Balance Inc that I did so and gave them the FCC Complaint Transaction ID.
I have most of their numbers blocked on my phone system so it just goes to disconnect, but getting tired of dealing with these [***].

It comes up as "District 2" I wonder if it's Frat of Police, Save the Children... or who else calls here again?
