Started getting a series of these phony-caller ID calls recently, also from 904/265 or 861 numbers. I have not, do not, nor will not deal with any company, organization, agency nor individuals which/who obfuscate their caller ID. Further, I recommend to everyone who receives such calls: don't let the machine pick up; answer the call with a breatheless "please hold", put your phone on hold and go about your business. Let them take as long as they need to get the point. Many supposedly worthy causes unfortunately employ fund raisers who use such sleazy tactics. Which technically enables them to legally circumvent the DoNotCall restriction. I urge recipients of these calls... don't argue, don't talk, don't even attempt to request a "Do Not Call" listing. Just say, "hold on please"; yes, be polite.
