Two calls today. The first left a message and the second I picked up, telling them I was not refinancing as my house is paid for. They stated the had info from a credit report showing I had a balance of $133,000 on Sentinel Drive (wherever that is). I think they're either fishing for customers or for information.
The company is Financial Funding Group (I believe) and they are calling customers who are interested in refinancing their mortgage due to the current interest rates. I asked where they received my number and they stated through Equifax. Does anyone know if this is accurate?
I received two messages one on 6/5/09 and one on 6/6/09 from a Ronald Lawson from (904) 861-3208 stating that he had my file and needed to speak with me immediately due to time sensitive information. He said he was from some financial group. I didn't call back because after googling the number, I realized it is just a sales call. I reside in Alabama.

Mike from Financial Funding Group called every day for re-financial. don't know how they get my number but very annoying. one call a day and been 6 days now.... and counting.....
