Who called from 9048812384

This person has called both my personal phone line and my business phone line every day for the past 2 weeks.  They wait for me to answer and say hello twice and then just hang up.  WHAT GIVES......

I had the same thing this morning. It's terrible, I don't usually answer numbers I don't know but I am unemployed and looking for a job. I live in the 904 area code, so i have no way of know who's on the other end of the call and have to answer.  This caller did the same thing, I said hello twice and they hung up.

same here and you try to call back and voice mail always full. Any way to fix these issues would love to find them and break all their fingers off so they cant do this anymore!!!!!

I receive a call from this number several times a week.  No one is ever on the line and when I call the number the mail box is full.

Same here 904-881-2384 calls and there is no one at the other end of the line.  No message, no voice, nada.  I've been getting the same kind of calls from "800 service" which is a disguise for Capital One.  I've left messages and called their main number this morning to have them remove me from their list, and I suspect this number is somehow associated with them.  My caller ID indicates this is a cell number.
