Something about she was with the "fraud division" and that she needed to get back to me before she could proceed with the county? Probably some bs online loan company they sold the debt too..When I called back she would not tell me the name of the company..only said she was "reffered" to me and when I asked by who, she said she didn't know??? Than I told her that I would let the FCC and FTC know about it and she told me to have a good day and hung up.I did file a complaint to the FTC about it as that is violation of the FTC.

Threatening someone with a claim that you committed fraud, which is criminal, violates tons of laws. Tell them as soon as they call you that you're recording the call for the Attorney General.
You are right! They claim that I had received a loan from them... I have never applied for. Loan in my entire life. I pay cash... They had all my information which was scary, I made them repeat my social over and over. It was off by one number every time... Most defenetly a scam and should be reported..
