(904) 900-2087 called 11:31am on 11 Oct 2016. Robocall, auto dialer that hangs up if VM answers. If live person answers may go into message. CID reads JACKSONVL FL. Number is Broadvox-CLEC VoIP.

Caller id had My Footpath. Hung up when voice mail answered.

It's a robo call that sounds like a person.  If you respond to it's "hello" it launches into it's speech.  "This is ??(couldn't quite here name) with the Florida Troopers Association. The same robo system is used for a variety of "charity" collections.   These so-called charity collectors are telemarketers who keep most of the money that is donated.  It's a complete SCAM. Called on 10/11/16 when I wasn't here.  Did not leave a message.  Naturally I didn't return call.  They never called again.  Curious, I found a website by the same name - located in Chicago, which is a LONG way from the Jacksonville, FL area!  Website looks rather fake to me.  I personally believe these are scammers of some sort.  It all looks too fake.

Never answer calls like this; always break the connection after the second ring.  Assume, based on the CID, it was for some stupid medical device.
