SCAMMERS!!! Don't answer don't return call.  Trying to hustle you out of your hard earned money!

Sick of being harassed by these calls, saying there are legal documents attached to my name(used my previous last name) and SS number

They call me telling me that there were legal documents to be deliver and they said that the document could not be delivered, they claim that I took a loan out in 2012, I never took a loan in 2012 or any time I only deal with debit and my credit card or cash

Your caller is a scammer.  He is trying to scare you into paying a debt you don't owe.  You can safely ignore him.  Block his number.

This is harassment. Calling at almost 9 pm when I have two small children. I've blocked their number but it's just a matter of time before they call again. This is the third time someone has tried with the same story in about a year and I have NEVER taken out a payday loan!
