I want to know as well. They call here 2-3 times a day. If it is collection it sure is not for me. I pay cash or do not buy it no matter how small or large. If it is sales ,scam. etc. I am on the no call list for what good that seems to do

They call numerous times a day. They call family members as well. They state it is in reference to court documents and being sued. They will NOT give you their address so you can send a Cease and Desist letter. They are just trying to harass someone enough to get a payment. I have lived in the same place 12 years. If I owed them money, they would have my current address. Why do they not send any mail? Stacy (her name) states that they have tried to serve me papers for court but to no avail and want me to give them a better address for service. Stacy says she is trying to keep me out of court and I should just pay the bill. They are relentless! I asked them to send me a bill and I would gladly pay it if I owe it. She just gets worse with the language. This is at best some harraaing type of collection or scam!
They will call every now and then. Will threaten that they are taking you to court and that they tried to serve you papers and they came back and want you to give them your address. DO NOT PANIC! Think about it. If you owed them money and they have your telephone number, then why wouldnt they have the correct address to serve you at? I told the guy to send me a letter in the mail that stated what I owed them and he said "I dont have time to play this game with you". I told him I have lived in hte same place for 25 years and I have friends and family that work for the Sheriffs office. There has been no papers that were trying to be served on me and further more if there had been everybody at the office knows where I live. Do not pay anyone any money unless they can send you a bill. These people will not give you an address for their company. Probally because you could then send then a Cease and Desist letter.
