Yes I got the same call today like 9 times and also at my work place, I think personally when you go online on these payday loans somehow these guys with the Indian accent gets a hold of your phone number and try to scam you for money, it did happened to me last year. From that experience I always google all numbers that I don't recognize and will never ever get a another payday loans again
these guys called me and told me that they were calling from a law form i did not believed them i thought that what is going on so i abused them i ws talking to so guy named Michael and after 24 hours my bank account was freeze so i talked to my bank and they told me that a law firm had blocked my account then i was dragged to the court then i know that they were calling me from a law firm and i had took a payday loan and i did not remember so i again talked to Michael and then he resolved the matter and i was free i thought that it was a scam but i know now that it is not Michael and Roy miller heard my plead and now i am free so....... ITS NOT A SCAM
Me thinks lux doth protest too much. Things that make you go, hmmmmm. Yes, they are scammers and should know their threats are hot air. Noone goes to debtors' prison in the States.
I received back to back calls from this number.Caller has a Middle Eastern accent and is difficult to understand. He said that I must call them today or my attorney, if not I would suffer the consequences. It sounded like a debt collector of some sort.
