It is ILLEGAL to claim to be a government employee AND a real process server will NIOT warn you that they are coming. IF paperwork was actually filed, you can not talk or buy your way out of it.
called this morning i answered my phone "who the hell is this" lady asked for a person not at this number i do not know the person they asked for either , when the rude lady asked for this person my respond was "no this is not her number i do not know this person, than proceeded to say to me why dont you learn how to answer your phone not cussing and hu on me" if i dont know the number and believe it is a sales call i will indeed answer it who the hell is this.. so whoever that rude b..... was get it right .. my name is vondra not who you asked for. Girls voice on answering machine could not understand her. All I could understand was something about an outstanding payment I had and if I didn't respond back I should seek legal action. Called number back recording saying to say my name after the beep. Hung up and within the he hour get a call back rambling off a case judgement against me
I just got a call from this number stating I had a payday loan in 2012 for $500 (which I didn't) and that I was going to be served with a settlement package of $1275. I asked her why are you collecting now and not back I 2012? She stated it takes 2-5 years. I told her she needs to email me all the informations, where, when and where I signed something and she stated she didn't have that information but I could argue my case in front of the judge. I guess I'll have to wait and see if I receive that email I requested.
A person by the name of Josh Tillman contacted me stated that he is representing the state of AZ and that they have my name and social I "am "advised to return the call to stop paper work from being filed against me by AZ ASAP"
