Me and 2 other former employees have alrdy taken our pay stubbs and filed a complaint w labor and wages .....per them min wage is 8.05...so I am going 2 believe a federal employee over you....LEGAL MEDIATION IS DOING COLLECTIONS and CREDIT REPAIR....haley patrick now known as NICOLE FORRESTER is over collections....and the other employees and BRENDA TATE does credit repair...POWER CREDIT SOLUTIONS is the credit repair.....they recently changed all there ph numbers..# now is 904 930 4332....they are ripping people off charging 249.00 before doing any work.....which is against the law....we ont even do the credit repair....supposedly a 3rd party company does.....just anthr scam by BRENDA and her son JAMES POWELL
This company is doing business as LEGAL DEBT MEDIATION LLC.......POWER CREDIT SOLUTIONS AKA PCS.....they collect on bought payday loans and do credit repair for 249.00.....company is owned by BRENDA POWELL TATE AKA WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHING.......JAMES Q POWELL .....they employ people under minimum wage at 7.25 hour......they break numerous laws....DO NOT DEAL W THIS COMPANY....PER LAW YOU CAN CHARGE ANYTHING FOR CREDIT REPAIR BEFORE DOING THE WORK....they do not do the crediit repair they have hired a 3rd party company....that does NOTHING!!!!!! PCS GOAL IS TO GET UR MONEY!!!!! They also threaten to process paperwork regarding there PAYDAY LOANS......CAN NOT DO THAT.....the debt was bought by the OWNERS....CAN NOT DO ANYTHING LEGALLY W THESE PAYDAY LOANS PER THE LAW!!!!! IF YOU RECIEVE A CALL FROM NICOLE FORRESTER HANG UP THE PHONE ......THIS COMPANY HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB....LIKE THEY CLAIM...
A lot of angry stuff here, but there is one very valid point. Anyone who says they can fix/repair your credit report is lying. Anyone who charges a fee to fix your credit report is just putting you deeper in debt. Unless there is an error, which you can fix yourself for free, no one can fix your credit report. Your credit report is a reflection of your ability to get, manage, and pay debt. If bad things on your report could be easily remove, then what is the point of having one? Negative comments stay on your credit report for 7 - 10 years.

As an employer, they would be required to carry Workman’s Comp. insurance and there is no record of it, nor are they licensed to be a debt collector in the State of Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation.

Goldman Walker & Associates has a Facebook page with nothing on it but the city they are in. They are also not registered in Florida.
Bizapedia also does not have them listed.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
