Keep getting calls saying that I owe money and a case has been filled against me. And a case workerhas been asigned to me and i need to call and handle this before the fbi are sent to arest me
I received the same type of phone call... I was assigned an agent and I owed a payday loan. Trouble is, 3 years ago I fell for this scam because about 7 years ago I had taken a payday loan but never got the money for that loan. That call threatened to have me arrested and I stupidly believed this might happen so I paid almost $800.00!!! So now I am a sucker and I get calls like this often! This number called me and when I told them I knew they were a scam and stop calling me she said "we are not a scam and if you do not want to pay I will proceed with legal action" and hung up on me! Here is 1 more number for me to block.
I've had this number call me for days now they leave a message saying that legal paper under my name and social are being filed and i need to return their call and discuss with my case worker..This crap happened to me 4 yrs ago and i still havent had anything happen. 1 they never said my name in any message 2 if it was serious it would be local authorities not people from FLA or CALI. Dont fall for this crap my Husband did in past and lost 1000 to people like this. Dont call them back and block the # !!!
