Who called from 9049900002

They call day-after-day .... never anybody on the other end.

Call two times a day, morning and evening. Leave no message. Don't pick up. They are phishing when you are home. Caller ID shows Triple V.

CallerID: TRIPLE V; recorded message from "Donna" with Credit Card Services about a 6.9% credit card; press 1 to lower your rate; press 9 to disregard any further notices; previous "lower your interest rate" calls from TRIPLE V were recorded messages from "Heather" at 208-600-1035 and 830-460-2089

Unidentified hangup call.

CID only stated Jacksonville, FL.  Other website claim that this the old card services scam that promises to reduce your credit card interest rate, when in fact, the only reducing that's gonna happen is your credit card available limit...as in maxed out!!

BTW: was 800Notes off line for the past couple of days?  I have multiple devices and couldn't reach this site on any of them.  Just curious.
