Called and asked to speak with someone in an accident in the last year

They called to "speak with someone in an accident". They even alleged my wife has talked to them. After I declined their call, they called on my cellular!

Accented male voice asked if I had Ben in an accident in the last year.  He did not identify himself when I said I don't know you.  I hung up on him.
