Blocking their number is a temporary fix, as it is a spoofed number. Your phone number will stay on their call list only to be called again from a newly spoofed number. Laws need to be put in place whereby companies using such telemarketing services are charged. There just does not appear to be any incentive by lawmakers to create such laws.
