I am guessing this number was spoofed from the Canadian who once or still owns 905-477-8372
The way my answering machine is set up I caught a bit of the recording for this phishing prank.

Add it to the 0%  credit card offer spoof spam phishing prank numbers listed here (but I am sure there are more):

Don't bother pressing a number to be off their call list because it doesn't work.
