I Never owned this credit card. These collection people have been harassing me with weekly phone calls and threatening collection letters for 2 yrs now. Saying I must pay or respond, or they will take legal action. I've ignored these ppl and no legal action has been brought to me. Apparently they say I owned this credit card back in 2007 and that I lived in Toronto. But, I got my 1st & only credit card in 2012 from my Bank for emergency use only. Not from the company they say it's from. (Not a bank) And I've never lived in Toronto. On a credit card that I've never owned. Saying that I owe thousands of dollars. I never owned the credit card they say, I just keep ignoring the call & letters. All calls go to voice mail. But I don't know how they got my phone number or my current new address. I just moved out of my parents house when the calls started, along Wth the letters 2 yrs ago.
