They called. I picked up the receiver and then hung it up. They called back, I did it again. They called 3rd time, I did it again. So far they've not called again today but the day isn't over yet. I've told them many times no one's in debt here, no one by XXXX name lives here, no one needs your services. Yet they just can't clue in to the word NO.
some crazy guy said this number belonged to a law firm and insisted on speaking to my girlfriend about an "urgent legal matter." he got really irate when i said she was ill (which is 100% true) and when i told him i didn't want to speak to him any longer because he was rude, he lost his mind so i hung up. he called back TWICE MORE! it sounded like a tv was going in the background so i asked if he was calling from home and that made him really angry. when i said it was against the law to call more than 5 times a week, he laughed at me but i'm pretty sure i'm right about that. he also called at 8:45pm on a monday evening. i have every intention of calling and reporting his behavior, especially since we've repeatedly explained to these agencies that my girlfriend is in the middle of legal proceedings against the guy that stole her identity and used it to run up a bunch of bills in her name. we fax them proof and they keep insisting they haven't received it, though we get the fax receipt each time. i've had it with these nutcases!
This collection agency keeps calling they have never sent anything to us
in the mail also my wife and I have submitted a proposal to all of our creditors and we do not owe anyone money outside of this.
They called me asking for someone, when i asked the woman what her company does. she tells me i'm rude, lol. well go figure she just picked the wrong day to call my house, she got some words that she didn't expect to hear i bet.
I work excessive hours and this number keeps showing-up on my caller-id. They never leave a message. When I have answered someone with a thick accent asks for someone I have never heard of. I tell them they have the wrong number but the calls continue.
