Just called and said that I had filled out an application for a vacation (which I had NOT) - Said he was calling from "Universal".. Knew my hotmail address and my birth date! I told him I was calling the police and hung up.
I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with these people saying that I entered a contest to win a vacation from Universal. I did not enter any contest and I spoke to both the rep (Sean) and the manager (Mariah) who were both very interested in getting my credit card number. I asked if there was a way I could contact Universal to see if I was on a database of winners and they wouldn't let me do that...DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I tried every way to verify how I entered and where, but they had no information...
