This guy Aaron calls and is so completely rude, throwing insults, raising his voice. He obviously thinks people do not know their rights. He should be charged for harassment and will be reported.

They weren't rude or anything, just cold calling..

I have had the same experience with that same individual. Completely uncalled for, and breaks the laws and regulations left, right and centre.
