someone from this number l has been calling my number looking for a former neighbor who actually never lived at the address he provided to her...Suspect she is from a collection agency.

I had the same experience as you and the other people below who got the calls and the rudeness. They call many times a day and also leave messages asking me to call back. This has been going on for a long time now in spite of my telling them that no one of that name lives at my home. What does the CRTC do about pests like this? What is the solution to end this problem permanently?
Continuously getting calls from credit bureau of Canada on my cell phone their number is 905 688 9877. I have no debts and have never had any. She gave me the story that I wasn't in their data base so she couldn't look up my number and discontinue the calls because it was probably a secondary number. B.S. I explained that I didn't appreciate the daily harassment and I dont have free calling on my cell. She got quite belligerent with me and hung up on me when I said that it was their problem to solve not mine. She actually said" do you expect me to go through the whole phone book starting with the "a"s. YES, if that is what it takes, go ahead!
