I called the number back and it said it was "D & A Collection Corporation". I don't own anyone money. I'm hoping it is because of who had my number before.
collection agencies are a thing of the past. Nobody is falling for this [***] anymore. They create about 1000 phone numbers to hound people who simply just do not answer. Im personally unaware of their calls because the ringer is off all the time, of course until I check my call display and see about 60 missed calls per week from these types of morons. Why bother? The effectiveness of collection agencies died a long time ago. Plus everyone is broke AF these days, so they're just wasting their time. "can't take blood from a stone"
