MDG calling, usually to advise that an account is past due. If you take the time to speak with them and request e-mail communications they will do this instead. I've forgotten payments in the past and when one doesn't go through there's 1 agent who contacts me, a real agent, who is in Ontario, Canada, and who speaks English and French languages fluently. Always the same person. For the longest time I was late on my payments but made them anyways, this agent was polite and professional and got a hold of me by e-mail all the time. The only reason they called me afterwards was because I made a double payment and they wanted to confirm this was ok before accepting the money - I found that to be very professional.

We all fall behind on payments, times are tough and we are all cutting back where we can. One thing I have learned over the years is that if you "man up" and speak to someone on the phone you can usually find a reasonable human being at said company to see what your options are for payment. I've dug myself out of financial hot water this way in the past, sometimes just tweaking the payment or the terms or even the longevity of the contract. Heck sometimes just making partial payments will keep you a float and the company will accept them - in the end it's better than receiving nothing at all on their end so it's to their advantage. Be honest with them - if you can't make your payment simply explain why you cannot. Maybe your car broke down and you have a large repair bill. Maybe your hot water tank is broken at home. Possibly working less hours at work so your salary has been affected temporarily. There are so many valid reasons and all you need is 1. Honesty is key. They don't need or want your life story, just a reason to put on file why the terms aren't being respected in full, that's all.

Expliques-lui ta situation. J'avais personellement des difficultés financières et nous avons été capable de règler mon compte sans pénalité. Elle communique avec moi via courriel régulièrement concernant mon compte pour me garder à jour. Super professionnelle, vraiment un bijou comparer aux agents don't j'ai parlé chez autres compagnies dans le passé.

I dont use voicemail and these people call me AT LEAST once per day, letting it ring till they get bored or get cut off.  
I used to answer, told them the person they were looking for dont live here AND THEY STILL KEEP CALLING.  I hate you MDG.  Prey i dont meet you.

I get payment collection but don't call people who dont even have an account with you!!! I have gotten 4 phone calls in the last hour from you and I have never dealt with you about anything. So really think about what your saying! I have never talked to anyone at MDG for anything so really.... Ya dont think so

Just stop calling me for nothing....
