Umm, no since telephone lines do not transmit noise at a level that will do anything but annoy. However, using that air horn or whistle in a closed room, or even out in the open has been proven that it will do lots of damage you your hearing. I suggest you locate the local hearing aid place because if you continue doing what you are doing, you will need their services shortly.
Phone rang 4 times, no message recorded except for computerized voice "goodbye". I do not answer if I don't recognize the caller's number. Then I Google the number, which brought me here. So I see that it is a duct-cleaning telemarketer, and/ or scam call. I have read that these 'duct-cleaning companies' are a front for robbers, who scout out the house and later come back to rob it.
