Called back and " number is not assigned " so SCAMMER using SPOOFED number. Note that they called yesterday using the same number BUT area code 705... which sounds like it's some poor woman's personal, legitimate phone number ! I guess even scammers goof up every now and then - regardless both numbers now fed to my call blocker.
