"Hallooo ! My name is Ali Haj.  The purpose of this call is we are running  very good promotion in your area on Duck cleaning".  I was expecting an urgent phone call and answered the phone without seeing the number.

Ringed twice, when I answered no reply from their end. Checked by calling back, this number is not in service.

I receive calls regularly  approx. 3 - 5 times a week. I have told them at least 20 times I am on the no call list and to stop calling.  but they just keep calling anyway
