It's a scam voice message that I received saying it is from the Investigation Department of the CRA. I called them back to verify. He will ask your name and SIN number. Do not give it to them. He'll say that you owe money to the CRA and that CRA has criminal charges against you for not declaring your full income from this year to this year and has a warrant for your arrest. To resolve the issue you have to pay the amount of money you owe in a special way and with the condition, you should not tell about this to anyone. He will instruct you to go to Shoppers Drugmart to buy steam card, with him over the phone. Steam card is a type of gift cards. As I was driving, I told him I was going to talk to my lawyer, then he stop! So people beware of this type of fraud and scam.
My hubby got a call on his phone from a Robert William from Canada revenue agency. At 9059630201. Said he better not ignore his call. My hubby will not be returning the call. In case you were not aware cra is not in Canada. The center is in the us. So a 905 number is from Ontario we will be reporting this to the police as well as cra.

Got a call from 905-963-0201. Claims to be "The CRA" and that I owe money on taxes. He says that he is "Officer Robert William" and that I or my lawyer must call back immediately. It's very obviously a scam.
