Who called from 9082241278

I got a call from this number,  first thing asking can you hear me,? And then this person said I won $200 and I hang up

Regarding the last person who commented:  If you receive a call from someone and the first thing they say is, "can you hear me?", do NOT say "yes".  This is a new scam - they are recording your voice saying "yes" and using it to take out credit accounts.

Hey, since you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn that I would like to sell you, cheap, its a great deal, you can make all your money back by charging a toll to get over the bridge.

Then BS about winning. i said get a real job and hung up. They must be stopped.

I surrendered the land line because of the spam but oddly after I gave my cell phone number to my banks the fake calls began at this one.
