i Just got a call from this number at 01/08/09 at 2:00PM and NR from the other end, I try to reply that number and number says it says this number has been disconnected... strange
Called on January 9, 2009 at 10:59am. Picked up the phone and got an automated message about setting up a new satellite service or some BS. Listened and pressed 1 to talk to someone. Got a guy named Will who said the company's name is "Satellite Promotions" and asked me if I ever had Dish service. Before he got any further, asked to be removed from their calling list and of course, then I got the hang up. Called back the number 908-226-0448 and got the message saying the number is no longer in service.
Got a call today from 908-226-0448. It said it was a New Jersey call. They called my cell phone and said I had won a Satellite TV. I waited to talk to the person (a guy) and when I asked to have me taken off the list he hung up on me. So now I am really ticked and I call the number back and it said the number had been disconnected. Sounds like a scam to me. Beware!
