Yup, caller ID would be nice. This was a message from the AT&T call center about a ticket we had put in for a circuit that was down (through their online express ticket system). I picked up but there was silence for a few seconds so I figured it was some stupid robo telemarketer and hung up. I guess I should have waited. Got an email (because I had requested to also get email updates along with calls) so that confirmed it.
